Multicentric Therapeutic Studies (Retrospective Analysis)

Thousands of cases of different medical disorders, who were not responding to conventional / traditional medicine, have been treated with Panaceand tablets (Neuroimmunisation (Superenergisation) therapy) alone over the span of thirty years. They responded positively and effectively to NEUROIMMUNISATION (SUPERENERGISATION) THERAPY. Patients' compliance was relatively satisfactory since entire treatment was free of cost. Patients' clinical conditions were monitored by Post Graduate medical consultants, who are also specialized in Neuroimmunisation Therapy. Few of the studies are mentioned here. Absconders have been excluded. No single adverse effect has been noticed.

1. Allergic Rhinitis (1992 - 2001)

332 (182 males and 150 females) patients of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis were treated over the span of ten years (1992 to 2001). They were clinically evaluated by ENT surgeon for the nasal symptoms: rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, sneezing and nasal itching and breathlessness.

They were treated with tablet Panaceand two tablets twice daily for adults and one tablet twice daily for children, they achieved asymptomatic stage within average period of fifteen days , they were further given a maintenance dose of one tablet twice daily for adult and half tablet twice daily. Their symptoms never recurred.

2. Bronchial Asthma (1991 to 2000)

352 cases (198 male and 154 females) of Bronchial asthma were treated with tablet Panaceand. Patients were evaluated for severity of episode, breathlessness, wheeze, cough, cyanosis heaviness in chest etc.

All the patients achieved asymptomatic stage within average period of six weeks with tablet Panaceand two tablets thrice a day. They were advised one tablet Panaceand twice daily as maintenance therapy for three to four months. None of the patients had recurrence of the symptoms.

This study confirms that panaceand therapy makes all the patients asymptomatic within average period of two months.

3. Adverse Drug Reactions induced by Chemotherapy for Squamous Cell Carcinoma (1996 to 2001)

13 patients of squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity with neck metastasis were treated with chemotherapy earlier, having symptoms with various types and severity e.g. asthenia, anorexia, vomiting, hair loss, weight loss.

These patients were treated with tablets panaceand two tablets four times a day for an average period of 6 weeks as induction therapy. Symptom control was achieved within average period of two weeks. Satisfactory sense of wellbeing was achieved in six weeks. They were advised one tablet thrice a day life long in order to take care of underlying malignancy. 7 patients are following up for the last five years and they are asymptomatic, 6 patients lost follow-up.

This study confirms that panaceand plays an important role in treating adverse drug reactions induced by chemotherapy.

4. HIV / AIDS (1992 to 2001)

20 cases (17 adults and 3 children) of sero-positive and symptomatic cases of Aids were treated over the span of 10 years which were not responding to antiretroviral therapy. They had symptoms of weight loss, diarrhea, fever, convulsions, asthenia etc.

They were treated with tablet panaceand, two tablets three times a day for an average period of three months followed by two tablets twice a day for six weeks and one tablet twice a day for six months.

A significant control of symptoms was achieved within 3 to 4 weeks of panaceand therapy. They became completely asymptomatic within average period of three/ four months .Thereafter symptoms never recurred. Children respond faster than adults.

This study confirms that panaceand therapy has excellent efficacy and safety profile in adults, adolescents and children in the treatment of terminal stage of HIV /AIDS.

5. Parkinson's Disease (1993 TO 1998)

32 cases (20 males and 12 females) of Parkinsonism, with mean age of 62 years, were evaluated for the symptoms which included tremors, dyskynesia, rigidity and abnormal gait. They were treated with tab. Panaceand for average 8 weeks on OPD basis with follow up fortnightly.

They achieved significant symptom control within average period of 15 days. Period of onset of action was average two days. The maintenance therapy with two tablets twice daily was given for a period of average six weeks.

This study confirms that panaceand has got significant therapeutic value in treatment of Parkinsonism.

6. Ulcerative Colitis (July 1998 to June 2003)

Endoscopically proved 6 cases, of (4 male and 2 female) average age of 30 years (between 20 to 40 years) ulcerative colitis, were not showing significant response to conventional modality. The common symptoms, presented to us, were bleeding per rectum and loose motions lasting for 3-4 weeks. The unique feature of this disease, as observed, was unpredictability of exacerbation and remission prior to Panaceand therapy. These patients were subjected for Panaceand treatment; 2 tablets thrice daily for 6 weeks, then 2 tablets twice daily for next 3 months, 1 tablet twice daily for 1 year. Those patients, who were on corticosteroid, were tapered off. They were observed for average period of three years

Result: - 5 patients, who followed regularly for 3 years, showed no recurrence of symptoms. They were asked to continue one tab twice daily. One patient had recurrence of symptoms three years after stoppage of Panaceand therapy who needed readministration of Panaceand therapy.

7. Chronic Arthritis (1995 TO 1999)

Twenty five cases of chronic degenerative arthropathy (Rhumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, psoriatic arthritis ……..etc.) were treated by NT.

Following clinical rating scale was applied for evaluation.
Stiffness / pain / tenderness /muscle wasting/ Fever/nervous system examination / functionalism. Grade -0 (no pain, normal joint movement), Grade -1 (no pain at rest, normal joint movement and mild pain), Grade -2 (mild pain at rest painful joint movement), Grade-3 (-moderate pain at rest, Restricted joint movement, polyarthropathy), Grade- 4 (Severe pain at rest, no joint movement, deformity present), Grade-5 (stiff polyarthropathy and multisystemic involvement).

Age incidence was found 23 to 64yrs.peak age incidence was 34yrs. Male to Female ratio was 1:3. 20% (6/30) grade 2 arthropathy. 50 %( 15/30) grade 3 arthropathy, 20% (6/30) grade4 arthropathy, 10 %( 3/30) grade 5 arthropathy six months, average duration of therapy was four months; two tablets three times a day for two months. Two tablets twice daily for four months.

Pain relief was extremely satisfactory in all the cases. Satisfactory joint movement was achieved in grade 2 and grade 3 cases. Panaceand (Superenergisation therapy) is extremely satisfactory in degenerative arthropathy. Younger the age better are the results... Panaceand works as a best complementary therapy in all kinds of degenerative arthropathy with physiotherapy.

An Appeal to Medical Practitioners
Hon. Medical practitioners, irrespective of their specialty, are requested to be unprejudiced and non-skeptical to understand and apply the concept in their clinical practice. If you combine this Panaceand tablets with any other drug therapy the results will be far better and recovery will be faster. They would definitely uplift the confidence level on the basis of their own experience.
"Self-experience is the best evidence."

This therapy is not intended to substitute conventional medicine. It is intended to support it. It also insures inherent errors of judiciously used conventional medicine. It does not insure human negligence.
