I ] The company would like to deal with the following

1. Local distributors in India
2. Commission agents for local liaison.

Steps for transaction

a) The company will send you total 500 tablets.

b) The first 20 tablets packed in strips & 50 tablets in bottles for laboratory tests to confirm that it is absolutely safe for human consumption.

c)  Manufacturer's Laboratory test report & independent laboratory report will be sent to you by us.

d)  Remaining 430 tablets will be sent for clinical experience and not for experiment, on receipt of your laboratory test report confirming it is safe for human consumption. If you are convinced about the safety of the product & are not interested in testing the product then above steps can be skipped.

e) We will forward clinical reports of other parties who have tried the product, for your reference & information.

f)  Feedback form is to be filled in & sent to us for tablet samples supplied to you.

g) Further tablets will be supplied only on receipt of your feedback form for 500 tablets. If feedback form is not given then price of the 500 tablets will be recovered by way of deduction from your commission. Further transactions will proceed on compliance of the above.

b) Strip pack of 20 tablets	Rs. 160/-

i) The above prices are subsidized for the local market by the charitable trust - Manav Jeeven Man Satayshodhak Pariwar. Prices are subject to change without prior intimation/notice.

j) Delivery will be F.O.R. Aurangabad.

k) Payment by Demand draft / Confirmed irrevocable sight letter of credit (L/C). If payment is by Demand draft, 25% advance with order & balance against delivery payable at Aurangabad. L/C should be valid for 30 days & advised through our Banker - State Bank of India, CIDCO, Industrial Area Branch , Aurangabad.

l) Order quantity: Minimum 1000 bottles & 2400 Strip packs. Quantities supplied are limited hence will be given on 'first come first served basis.

m) Delivery: Within 15 days from the date of receipt of DD or L/C along with order.

n) Commission agent will negotiate order between company & buyer & will get his commission which is negotiable.

Price for Panaceand tablets ( Natural Food Supplement ) 500 mg

Note : CNF & CIF prices will be quoted on specific requirements of the buyers.

Payment: either by Demand draft or Confirmed irrevocable sight Letter of credit with out recourse to the drawer , in favour of us. If payment is by demand draft, then 25% advance with order & balance against delivery. L/C should be available with any Bank in India by Negotiation and the period for presentation of documents & expiry of the L/C should be within 21 days after date of shipment. All L/C charges (domestic & foreign) are to the account of the opener.

Order quantity: Minimum 2000 bottles & 4800 Strip packs. Quantities supplied are limited hence will be given on first come first served basis.

Delivery period: Within 45 days from the date of receipt of confirmed order with DD or L/C .

Packing: Export-worthy packing which can be done as per the buyer's specification.

Pre-shipment inspection: All Charges will be borne by buyer wherever pre-shipment inspection of the cargo is required.

Labelling & marking: If any special labelling & marking are required then the same must be informed to us at the time of placing the order.

Commission: Percentage of commission payable to the Liaison agents will depend upon the order quantities & is negotiable.

Import License: Any import license required for importation of the product in the buyer's country will be the responsibility of the buyer and all charges for the same will be borne by him.
