What is Health?
The world renowned pathologist Prof. Robbins has mentioned 'Health is defined as perfect sense of well being that every living-being enjoys.' Living cell is believed to be healthy when cell performs its desired and optimum function. Abnormalities of cellular function finally results into a sense of illness. Health of an individual is final result of aggregation of healthy cells. Nervous system is believed to regulate functions of all other systems. It is closely connected to pain and pleasure. The functions of every cell are believed to be regulated by genes.

Cell is a functioning unit of body. All the cellular functions are controlled by genes. Each gene is composed of Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA). Watson and Crick were awarded the Noble Prize for invention of double helical structure of DNA.
The knowledge of the creation of the human body is available in genes of the zygotic cells. Required information is retrieved by the process called as "genetic expression". Information contained in DNA is in the form of nucleotide triplets, called as genetic codes. Genetic codes are decoded. The zygote, a totipotent cell, develops into a multifunctional multicellular human body. Genetic expression is an activation of the area ' Operon', a part of gene. Health of the cell at given point of time is proportional to degree of genetic expression, so the severity of the disease of the cell is proportional to the degree of the abnormality of genetic expression

Hayflicks, a world renowned cytologist, has performed an experiment of fibroblast culture. He concluded with his experiment that cell comes with its predefined program of life cycle. It grows, matures and dies. Its life cannot be extended indefinitely just by providing sufficient quantity of vital nutrients in culture media.

Scientific Analysis of Biological Events
Gene performs an operation of embryogenesis and protein synthesis. The sequences of the events are, Genetic expression (selection and activation of an Operator area with predefined objectives), decoding (interpretation of codes), embryogenesis and protein synthesis (practical implementation), and genetic expression of Repressor area (supervision and regulation). The operation begins with selection and activation of Operator area and ends with selection and activation of Repressor area. The selection of one from millions of genetic code followed by activation is an intelligent predefined process. It can never be a spontaneous or automatic process.
According to Hayflicks, cell comes with predefined program. The programming of the code, genetic expression, decoding and genetic repression are the intelligent processes, collectively called as "Biointelligence". Biointelligence is the unique feature of living being.
Growth and degeneration of the living cell are the two different processes in one physical structure. It cannot be justified by Laws of Physics. ……

A DNA obtained from a living cell is structurally identical with DNA obtained from a non-living cell. ………
"What is the unique difference between a living DNA and non-living DNA?"
A living DNA is performing an operation of biointelligence, and nonliving is not. The unique difference between the two must be the presence of operator of biointelligence in the living DNA.
The scientific analysis of the biological events mentioned above proves beyond doubt the presence of three different entities in living cell operator, operation (bio-intelligence) and devices (genetic structure). The operator decides the ability of the cell to perform its function. ……
